Payment and Returns

I just placed an order and would like to change it?

Please reach out to hello@adoremugs.com as soon as you can. If it’s possible we may be able to make a change to your order. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

I need to cancel my order.

If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please reach out to hello@adoremugs.com to request a cancellation.

I signed up for the newsletter, but have not received my discount code.

After signing up for our newsletter, you will receive an email containing a discount code for 10% off of your first order. The discount code can be applied during checkout. Please be sure to also check your spam inbox.

Other Concerns

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address.

Don’t panic! Please email customer support as soon as possible to have your shipping address corrected.

I received my order and it was damaged in the mail.

Please take a photo of the damaged mug and send it to us. We will try our hardest to send you a replacement or we can issue you a gift card if the mug is out of stock.
